Planter Project to Rejuvenate

hello! :)

Got these lovely two planters in front the bloc of flat and since the bloc of flat has been repainted, these are looking scruffy.
What kind of paint should I use to paint them to refresh them and give them a fresher look.
Would a massonery paint be all right?
Any others recommendations?
