Plaster coving question

Hi

Hope you all have a good xmas

I am getting a plasterer in anyway to do the work but was wondering how they will go about matching a cove like the pics I attached. all my ceilings have a cove and a slightly recessed ceiling and I have had a stud wall built and want new coves fitting to all match in.

Can these bought off the shelf or will someone need to make them? I am sure a good plasterer will be give the info when I get some time to get one round in Jan but thought I would ask here

If the coving was off the shelf and now not available, an old school plasterer could make a running mould and make some up.
