I removed the plaster where I was keep getting hairline cracks.

See attached pic?

Do you think I need to render first and then bond it?

What will be the best way to level the finish surface?

I'd cut away a little more, especially along the top, cut it right back to the brick. Clean off the whole area, clear out all the old loose mortar, damp down and repoint. If it was me, i'd then cover the area with some wire lath/mesh, to cover all the cracked areas, then damp down again, pva, then bring it out to flush with bonding coat. You could scratch it in with render first, then use bonding, or you could use render to bring it right out, either way, finish it off with multi.

I am not expert so would it possible if you can list down the material required and step by step guide pls.

You need to ascertain what's causing the problems in the first place. It looks as though the bricks are dropping, and that looks like a piece of metal at the bottom, that's not holding things up. Just what are we looking at, and can you do a pic of a larger area please.

I have a feeling that you may need to replace the metal with a concrete lintel first, then do the re-plastering job.
