Hi folks, new here!
I'm looking to put plasterboard up in my integral garage as part of a mini conversion into a games room - I was wondering if the yellow sheet (see attached pic) is the DPM layer and if there's any problem with me plasterboarding directly on/over it and/or if it needs covering with something else first?
Information-wise, the image shows breezeblock, a concrete layer (which seems to have some silver/foil lining inside?), the yellow sheet and finally the floor. The bottom of the breezeblock is approximately the level of the main house (you step down into the garage) - and the external garage wall is thick (breezeblocks with stone exterior) - there's a bedroom above the garage, so presumably well insulated all around.
Appreciate your help!
Regards,
Rob
