Hi,
I'm about to start replacing a bathroom.
It's currently tiled around the bath area (bath top to ceiling around the bath).
I'm intending to rip the whole lot out, plasterboard and re-fit a new suite.
Around the bath, from what i've read, aquapanel would be best - I'm thinking that I would just screw this straight to the tiled wall (?) - this will be tiled over.
For the rest of the bathroom i'm going to use regular plasterboard which I will dot'n'dab and skim after.
I'm just wondering if this is the best approach and whether there's a cheaper alternative to Aquapanel - I've read that I could use regular plasterboard, but with the tanking materials it doesn't look like i'd save much.
