Plasterboard Repair

Ive taken the sink of the wall for the floor to be tiled, in the process the sink has taken off quite a bit of the paper covering off the plasterboard and some bits of plaster in places. It seems as though the plumbers who installed the sink put mastic over the back of the sink then stuck it to the wall.

Whats the best way to repair this? Will I need new plasterboard, hoping I can get away with repairing it...

depends on how damaged the plasterboard is u mite need to replace it.
