Plasterboard under roof tiles - potential damp issue?

We're just hitting first snow of the winter in our 1970's bungalow and I've noticed what look to be wet/damp spots on the plasterboard in the roof space as it's melted away. Beams etc all look to be dry.

A bit of an unusual place to find plasterboard (not sure if there's also some sort of membrane, would assume so?), but is this likely indicative of an issue or will it likely dry out and be ok?

Thanks,

Paul

Googling around it's reasonably common up here in Scotland apparently!

It's obviously been up there a good while, but can't tell if the damp spots are a big concern at this point or not when the rest is dry.

Ahh.. Scotland
I suspect it is acting as a kind of fireproofing. If its been there that long I doubt its problem.
