Plasterer didn't tape ceiling to walls in bathroom (pics)

I had my bathroom ceiling skimmed about one month ago. There's no tape in-between the ceiling and the walls and I'm concerned about movement creating cracks and moisture getting through into the loft. I've had a go at trying to sand away the plaster to make space for tape but ended up covering the room in dust. Is there anything I can do at this point to seal the gap?
