Plastering after tile removal

Hi, first post here and would appreciate your help.

I’ve takes some tiles off a wall in the kitchen that has pulled the plaster off to the plaster board in patches.
Could I skim this with multi finish?
Will multi fill the defects alone? I’ve bonded the deep holes where the plaster board l is from old sockets.

What is your intended finish ? Plaster, tile,panel?

Best put fresh board up for a smooth finish if you intend to paint it otherwise it'll look weird.
