I am at the end of my tether with this!

I fitted a cassette fire into a existing fire place some ago and fitted it with a Fire plate so that it use the existing chimney, I then dry lined the chimney with a fire line board but after a year the board started blowing out, I therefore had to cut out the board and then plaster the front with fire rated plaster and screed.

I have just had about 5 fires and there is a small hair line crack coming........it's happening again!

Any ideas what I an do to stop it?
