plastering chases

Hello,

We have some chases in dot and dabbed plasterboard that need filling.
Is it best to put bonding plaster or is it acceptable to cut strips of plasterboard
and dot and dab these in the chases?

Strips of plasterboard only reduce the amount of filling required and must be well fixed to avoid problems. Simpler just to fill .
