Plastering over interior wall of flint and brick. Advice please

Hi,
I have a bathroom wall which is composed of brick and flint, (old house) the plaster was taken off during a re-fit. I've successfully used Gyproc to patch up other rooms in the house, so I wondered if I could use this product on the brick/flint walls?
