Plastering price

Square room requiring skimming, What would it cost (Approx) per m2. I know it probably depends on room size, But when you go to a job you must at least make some mental calculations

Is the roof the same price for a skim?

Yes, I dont work on a per m2 price, just on how long it will take - half a day £200, full day £200 etc etc

It depends on the plasterer, i dont price by the sq mtr, i give a customer a flat price to do the job and thats all they pay, the room depends on what im plastering, is it plasterboard, a pre plastered wall etc, will i need pva or not ???
