Plastic pipe into TRV?

Just a quick query.

Fitting a new radiator and have purchased a Pegler Terrier push fit TRV, with similar push fit lockshield. I assumed given that it's push fit that I can just push the John Guest plastic pipe into it to make the connection. Am I correct or do I have to use copper pipe?

Doesn't say anything on the literature with the TRV and there's nothing to say eitherway on the manufacturers web site.

Hoping someone can assist. Thank you.

use copper or plastic.
if plastic use a insert in the end of the pipe.

you can use plastic pipe or copper pipe, the choice is yours

if using plastic pipe, remember to use pipe inserts.
