Plastic pushfit pipes...

Are they any good?

As mentioned previously I'm installing a bathroom soon and the idea of bendy plastic pipe and pushfit connections is much more appealing than copper pipe and compression joints.

Have they been around long enough to have a proven track record? and what about earth bonding? last i heard plastic didn't conduct electricity

yes use a pipe cutter not a hacksaw tho

plastic dosent need bonding AFAIK

Cheers for that, unfortunatley I've just discovered that I can get copper push fittings as well. Any experience of these?

Most if not all push fits work with copper too, you have to be careful the pipe is not damaged IN ANY WAY though.
