Plastic sink click clack cartridge

Hi all,
Wonder if someone out there can help me?

Ever you ever seen a plastic 'click clack' cartridge for a sink plug hole before?
I'm looking to replace the one in the bathroom sink as the spring is sticking.
Ideally I'd rather just replace the cartridge than the entire pipe section but I can't seem to find a replacement or somthing similar anywhere.
The cartridge has XXAT on it but an internet search finds nothing of interest.
The hole in sink for cartridge is 20mm radius.

I've never seen those sold separately.

@denso13 Any idea where I can get the entire 'pipe section'. If i can get hold of something similar i'd just replace the old with new.
