Please help - Cistern lid identification

Can anyone help me identify the make and model of this cistern lid, due to my clumsiness I need a replacement.

I know it was bought from B & Q and I think it's peach melba, that's all I know about it.

B&Q tend to bulk buy from Italian Market, once that range has gone, its gone,

Just keep looking on all the known websites including EBay you may be lucky.

My local council recycling site usually has a stack of old loos, basins and baths brought in by the locals. You may get lucky and find one like yours there which has been dumped.
