Please help me!!! I want to paint my desk white :l

Hi there, I currently own a black galant desk from ikea.

the desk is made up of these things : Particleboard, Foil, Ash veneer, Stain, Clear acrylic lacquer, Solid beech.

I want to either paint it matte white or plasti dip it matte white but I have no idea how I would go about doing this? please help me???
