Hi,

I recently moved in to a new house which has an alarm. The previous owners say they have never had a code or manual and there is no writing on the box inside the house or the one on the outside. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea of which alarm it is? Also has a remote. All help much appreciated.

Intec sell them as a UPUS0088P. You can find details of it here. They are probably manufactured unbadged, so that different security companies call sell them as their own product.

If you contact Intec, they may be able to let you have some instructions, or point you in the right direction.

The user manual is available on line from Electronics Line. Click here and scroll down to 'Download & Support'. Unfortunately access to the installation manual which will tell you how to reset the user code is by authorised access only.

I believe Electronics Line, may be the manufacturer.
