I am thinking of relocating wy downstairs toilet and wash basin into a partial garage conversion to extend my kitchen. I will need to put in a macerator pump system i.e. Saniflo. however to pipe from the proposed new location of the WC it will mean that I will have a 32mm waste pipe running behind my kitchen electric fan oven. The oven is a separate oven that fits under the counter with a separate hob set into the counter. Will the pipe behind the oven get too hot and melt or will it be OK?

Much appreciated.

Paul.

as most electric ovens are now designed & manufactured by complete numbskulls i doubt there is enough room to get that size of pipe behind it!
have to keep 15mm hob pipework hard against the wall so often these days as there is hardly any space behind.

Thanks Kevin

I assume that the oven will be insultated well enougth to prevent cables and pipework melting.

Can you not run the pipe under the plinth ?
