Plumbing Problem

I have built a bathroom in my basement and the shower/tub water flow was slow so I thought the problem was that the pex pipe was bent. I purchased a 90 degree elbow and installed that. Now when the tub tap is on the shower head leaks. When the shower plug is pulled the shower runs but the tub tap runs slow at the same time.

Any suggestions...other than call a plumber
