WBP (water and boil proof) refers to the glues used and isn't normally treated by the mill where it's made.
Some factory made livestock housing is now being made with Tanalith E-treated timbers. This is not the same as the old CCA (copper chrome arsenic) preservatives which have that distinctive "pizza dough" smell and is definately not good for livestock.
