Hello
Got a few queries about poly pipe in pipe and getting it from the floor to the wall. Currently only subfloor is in so we are running everything under the 100mm insulation in pipe in pipe then will be installing UFH above.
I know there are to be NO joins under the floor but im unsure if special hardware is required where the pipe comes up out of the floor. Ive seen feet and supports to turn the pipe up the wall, but if a manifold is located and the pipe connected without exceeding the max bend radius, would the screed not secure the pipe enough when it sets?
Is a "wall box" which appears to be just an inspection chamber only needed to box in joints? so they can be repaired if necessary without having to lift the floor?
Cheers Neil
