We have a utility room on the side of the house. Brick walls and a polycarbonate roof. We did the room up at the back end of last year. New flooring, decoration and furniture. I've just finished mopping up the bits that needed doing. One thing I've recently noticed is when the internal door into the room or the door which leads to outside are opened and closed that the roof now seems to move slightly and therefore creak and make a noise. I'm guessing this is due to the pressure difference as the room is now more airtight than previous. None of the floor was sealed. We use to get slugs in there coming up through the gap between the floor and the skirting. I've siliconed this all the way around. Is this why the roof is now doing this? And could this potentially be a serious issue? The door closes slowly by itself but doesn't fully shut. If it's left to naturally close it doesn't make a noise or creak but when the door is opened it still makes the noise
