Isn't this country great. When the USA asks for a British citizen/s to be extradited to stand trial in America for some reason or another,,,,Ok, no problem!! Computer hacker Gary McKinnon,"here ya go",,,, The Nat West Three, "here ya go,,,, want anybody else?" ......."Oh, and by the way Mr Yank,,, erm,,, see that pilot that shot up and killed our British troops by mistake,,, you know, friendly fire,, again,,, erm, any chance of getting him/them extradited to the UK to stand trial? erm,,,, please,,, if you wouldn't mind sir.......... Oh,,, Ohhh,,, Why not sir? ......Hello,,,Hellooo, Hellooooooo. brrrrrrrrrrrrrr

wholehartedly agree. but you have had a government that does not know what to do.. only say yes. if the spin works...
 
We are weak and foolish to agree terms that only work one way.

The idea of an extradition treaty always used to be "you do ours and we'll do yours" (or no deal)

The "or no deal" means the counterparty takes it much more seriously.
 
The Yanks should reward the guy for finding loopholes in their cyber defences.

Are you only saying that because he has a Scottish surname or is it because that this country is now a country up for 'grabs'between the EU. and the U,S. There are I.R.A. murderers living openly in the U,S, of A, who will never face justice. Only when the people of this country wake up and rediscover freedom and take charge of their own destiny will we will be a sovereign nation.
