Pooling water next to garage

Just looking for advice on what to do in-between mine and neighbours detached garages, water will pool from general rain and guttering (nowhere else to really direct water) onto concrete

My garage wall has what looks like a bitumen covering but I want to really just try and stop the pooling as best as possible or improve drainage

Any ideas are greatly appreciated?
