In the control panel you will find an accessibility icon, double click. From there you should be able to untick filter keys and/or sticky keys.

To disable sticky and filter keys, go to Control Panel and the Accessibility Options. Remove the ticks from the boxes.

I think pressing the right shift button for 8 seconds also toggles it off

done it

went way suggest which i had alrady tied all box's was unticked

so what ive done to counter act it was ticked them all and applied it.

then used shift key to opne it all up and click ok.

then return to panle and unclicked and applied tested and worked fine so then diabled shift key short cuts from accessibility.

all works fine found the remedy on a blogger forum as others on xp cant seem to undo the filter either.

used their method and it worked fine.
