Poor toilet flush

Hi, a common problem I know, but could someone advise what the cause may be please?
Cistern fills to 6 litres, and flushes, but the flow rate seems poor, takes about 30 seconds for the cistern to empty.
Any ideas please?

I don't think it's faulty. Just looks like the normal close couple toilet. Rubbish..
It's why I stuck with low level toilet.
It's also why it's frightening if you pull the chain on a old high level toilet. Ha

Maybe adjust float valve to max without over flowing.

Thing is, the toilet in the main bathroom is identical, visually (not sure what flush is inside cistern though) and that one flushes fine!

The overflow can be lifted so that the fill valve can be adjust to allow more water into the cistern.
But it is probably blocked with limescale, put on some rubber gloves and clear the holes where the water flows into the bowl, with a small screwdriver.
