After unblocking the bathroom sink (long story) it appears that whilst unscrewing the pop-up plug, the bracket holding it in place had snapped off.

Please see photos below. What options do I have to replace or fix this issue? Are we talking about a brand new sink??

I know getting a normal plug will do the trick, but leaving that existing hole always exposed comes with many risks (rings, earrings etc can easily fall down the sink). Any wisdom or guidance is appreciated on what I can do?

Many Thanks,

Well you could always stop wearing earrings! :giggle: Or just replace the basin waste.
