it used to be in little pieces, last time I looked it was powder.

Not bad, but not as good as fresh real potato

I personally liked the granules version as it mixed better but it did need lashings of butter to give it more flavour.

One of the good things I found in Australia,If you go for a fastfood like KFC or Mcdonalds etc you get a tub of mash and gravy with it, flipping nice!!
