Potential reroof of Victorian house (looking to buy)

Hi everyone,

my wife and i are looking at potentially buying a victorian house that needs work doing on it.
can anyone advise to how much it could cost us to replace the roof.
just after some information and advise to if its worth doing or not.

i am looking at the replacement of the roof, dormers and velux windows.
there is also a turret and 2 chimneys

Going to have a look with a builder Thursday. fingers crossed!
