Potterton 24 Performa Some taps not igniting Flame

I have a Pott Performa 24 Combi. A couple of weeks ago we put the central heating on for a day. After that it seems the Shower dosent trigger the Burner to come on, hence no hot water. The Bath tap makes it come on, as does the downstairs taps, but the bathroom tap and shower dont seem to trigger it. Its only 3-4 years old. Is it some kind of flow rate setting I can easily change. We can make it work by putting the bath tap on and then the shower, then turn off the bath tap. The shower then is ok. It also works if you put the central heating on. But I dont want to do that just yet. Any help or experience would be most welcome.

Your diverter valve, or its diaphragm, needs attention. Plenty here, search on those.

I'd change the diaphragm first of all, easy on these.
