potterton 80 e lockout

my system continuously locks out when you turn the heating or hot water on. before it locks out, the combi boils like a kettle. i have checked the pump which is satis and the auto air vent is also satis.

the pcb board was changed when the problem first started but the fault has regenerated.

refer to potterton 80e problems for previous suggestions.

sticking microswitches on the dhw flow switch are very common with this boiler and the mentioned fault....if the red led is on the pcb board and no call for h/w then thats your likely prob, remove the switch and grease or spray with wd40 normally works..!!

could be other things too but id start with this first..
