Potterton 80 PL1 connector

I have just got a new PCB board for my Potterton 80e boiler. The old one burnt out around the neutral pin on the connector PL1.

Firstly is there anywhere in the UK that sell the plastic connector, mine has melted slightly ?

Secondly I notice that the PL1 connector has 7 pins but only 6 wires in the connector, what is the extra pin for?

From right to left the wires go

Pin

1 Red
2 Purple
3 Grey
4 No Pin
5 No wire but there is a pin
6 Black
7 Brown
8 Blue


I have connected this and the boiler gives me hot water but no heating. The mains light is not lit.

Have I made a mistake in the wiring ? I am not sure so the boiler remains switched off at the mains. I am out of work at the moment and money is non existent so I cannot afford an electrician.

Please can someone help me ? Ideally I'd like to source the correct connector ?

Problem solved. I have heating.

Still like to get a connector though so if you have one or know where I can source one I'd appreciate it
