POTTERTON 80, suddenly the heating system has stopped

Hi

I have a Potterton 80 boiler, system was working all fine with no probs, but i recently drained the rads, and now the system is all filled up, but suddenly the heaters are not warming up..

the boiler fires for 3 mins and then cuts off, the pipes are hot, but the first rad does not heat up. i have bled all rads and pump too,

any ideas?
