Potterton Apollo 30 hot water indicator is on boiler fires up no hot taps running room thermostat is off but radiators are getting hot? Please advise?

I’d probably say diverter valve issue.

(Preheat indicator stays on after using the hot water tap?) Fitted a new diverter cartridge 28/05/21 which seemed to cure the previous problem where as the preheat was on constantly where has now it stays on after using the hot water. Any ideas anyone!!!!
