Potterton Bolier - Hot Water Problems

Hi, can anyone help. I have a potterton bolier in a house I rent out so not sure of exact model off hand but it is a Puma about 7 years old. It has been working find until yesterday when my tenant said thatthe amount of hot water from the bolier in practically nothing. He has also said that general water pressure on the cold taps is low too. Is this a problem for the Water board, or something wrong with the bolier?
