Hi, I Have a combi 80 boiler, about 8 years old. I have had no probelms with it.
Over the last few days it has started to make knock/tick metal noise. It only does it on start up with the heating/HW and slowly goes after 10 minutes of heating up.
The noise sounds as if it is coming from the pump, It only makes the noise when the flame kicks into full power. You can hear motor running ok.
Any ideas wound be great
