Potterton Combi 80

I have a potterton combi 80 boiler the hot water is fine but I have no heating I have tried to bleed the radiators and checked the water pressure. when I turn up the thermistat it clicks but the boiler does nothing has anyone any ideas on what it could be and what it would cost to fix

Could be an external control issue or a boiler fault.

Because it could be anything about £84 plus £30 of parts perhaps!
