The Boiler is in the garage, the circuit for the electric supply to that and a socket in the kitchen tripped the fuse switch and since is not warming radiators.

The 2 bathroom towel radiators are warm but not hot, otherwise room radiators are completely cold.

There is power to the boiler and the copper water pipes are warm to the touch.

The boiler pipe is giving off steam outside.

Any ideas folks?

Only moved in this week, so completely new to the system.

Looks a lash up with the plastic fittings so, who knows what could be wrong with it! Needs looking at by someone who knows what they're looking for (and not).

Renting it or have you bought it?

Have you had it fully working since moving in?

Did you know what caused the trip to the garage circuit? Was it unrelated to the boiler and pump?

With the lack of wiring on view in the photos, I'm wondering if it's an old gravity system without any zone/diverter valves?

OK, so you've had all rads getting hot and system behaving as it should?

Need to be checking for leaks as been said. Whatever tripped circuit needs discovering before moving to next steps.
How would leaks show? Anything I should look for aside from water?

Thanks for your help.

The immersion tank is upstairs, see photos.
