Hi I have a potterton performa 24 boiler, about 5 years old. Been serviced 3 months ago after suffering from low pressure. The plumber suspected the over pressure value and duly replaced it, at the same time he mentioned we has 2 small leaks. 1 from the switch on the diverter manifold and 1 from the switch of the pressure differential swith. Result is constant leak, no pressure but the boiler fires up and gives hot water. I am worried that in winter when I need to use the radiators the leak will get worse, I will lose pressure and the boiler wont fire up.
Can i buy replacement washers/o-rings to stop the leaks or do I need a whole new diverter assembly?
if I need a new assembly how easy is it to replace? I am competent at DIY and feel comfortable tackling this job, just need a little direction.
Many thanks

Tony

If your on about the 2 gland nuts that the pins come out of . Then yes they can be replaced . Not sure if they come seperate or just with the diaphragm kits ,but on a 5 year old combi it would not be a bad thing to change the diaphragms at same time anyway

Thanks for your mail.
In the exploded diagram it shows a push rod in the pressure diff valve which I assume actuates the microswitch and I am sure the same principle for the diverter manifold switch. The man at Parts Center says they dont supply individual washers etc but it my be the diaphragm. This may solve the leak on the pressure diff valve but not the diverter manifold, hence should ai just swap the whole unit?
If I do how do I go about it and do I need any other parts or specialist tools to achieve this.

Thanks
Tony
