potterton performa hot water fault...help !

turn hot water tap on, boiler fires, hot water light on, water cold.... over the last few months i have had to run the hot water taps slower to get hot water but now i have none.
pre-heat and c/h works fine.
have fitted new diverter, new rubber diaphram, cleaned out/descaled plate and fitted new temp sensor

any ideas ?

You need to get the gas pressures checked by a pro. I cannot understand chucking parts at a boiler without a preliminary diagnosis.
The diverter valves very rarely need replacing.

I never understand why people like to blindly replace parts on boilers!

The cost of the diverter valve alone is higher than the diagnostic fee that I charge!
