Potterton performer 28

Can anyone help me? I have a potterton performer 28, when I turn the tap on to call for hot water there is a flashing light under the 60 degree light (triangle in a circle). This will sometimes flash for a while and then the boiler will fire up, other times it will just keep flashing.

Any advice would be gratfully recieved.

That fault is usually associated with low system pressure.

What is the pressure on the guage?
