Potterton Powermax - heating on when 'off'

Hi, please can anyone help?

When we have just our water heating on our radiators also come on when the heating is set to 'off'

Any ideas what might be causing this.

Its worth noting that we have just had a brand new control unit fitted, but this problem occurred before this was done.

You probally have a sticking cartridge in the diverter valve..
Electrical tests will need to be done incase any juice is powering the head up (very unlikely)
