Potterton Prima 50F - Help Please

Well guys another newbie here, or should i say have ago wanna be plumber. I have had air in my rads for a long time now so I decided to bleed rads then drain the system completely then refill and hope all would work.

Anyway bled Rads - then I got np heating/hot water ok said I thinking aHH reset switch, pressed that boiler comes on and I think all is fine, it switches off about 5 mins later. So I decide to drain tank in loft and tank in hot press, so off I go into loft and tie-up ballcock and switch on all taps to drain hot/cold water. Perfect not a dribble left here we go I'll refill and all should be fine. But no after refill still no heating/hot water and pressure bar is at "0", Ohh and I drained the boiler.

So Please Please Help!!! - I'm sure if the boiler refills it should help so your guidance is needed guys.

I did also twist the red knob at top of boiler thinking it was a pressure release had no affect, its connected to the pressure dial.

Red knob implies its a sealed system not relying on any tank in loft. The one you drained is not ceonnected - its for tap water!! Gauge should read 0.7 bar or a bit more. You look for a filling loop with taps on end to refil boiler system.
