Potterton Prima F - CH only works when there is no hot water

I have read some of the other threads, but cannot seem to find a soltuion for this.

The boiler turns itself off, and will not restart. I have checked all wiring, and thought the relays in the timer unit where blown. But when you bring power on line you can here them all click into place.

The only way to bring the central heating back on is to run the hot taps. When the HW boiler needs heating for new HW, then the centrl heating comes back on.

It used to work independantly!!!! Any ideas

Check the divertern/ zone valve for heating zone.

Prima is not a combination boiler. All/ any divertion of system water is external
