i have a fault with a potterton profile 60e it fires up ok but after about 10-15 minutes the over heat stat pops out and the boiler casing gets quite hot. i suspected it was the boiler stat so i changed that along with the over heat stat, but the problem still persist. the flow and return are both getting hot any ideas

is the pump working fully
The Profile has a pump over-run thermostat. This may have failed so the pump is not working.
You don't say if you are fully pumped or have gravity HW. This affects the way the over-run works. It's all in the manual.
