Potterton Profile boiler - unable to switch on !!!!!!!!!!!

Help, just come home from work to discover I'm unable to activate the central heating on the boiler. The timer panel was set to activate at 16.00 pm for both hot water and C/H. On arrival home the hot water was still woking but C/H was not. The electronic display panel would not register any buttons pressed. At 18.00 hrs the boiler switched off as per timer, and i'm now unable to activate any settings. The electronic panel will now not register in any form when depressing buttons therefore I'm unable to activate C/H or hot water. Prior to the digital display switching the hot water off the boiler appeared to be working fine. PLAESE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!
