Potterton Puma 100e CH Problem

My CH problem is: When CH is switched on the burner lights, the fan works, the pump works, then after about a minute the burner switches off and remains like that for about 3-5 minutes, then it repeats the cycle again. The HW is very hot when the tap is initially turned on, which is not normal. I have checked the pump and the voltages and all seem to be correct. I only get residual heat in the radiators. I have drained the boiler and refilled and released the pressure, which was very little.

Any thoughts please.

problem lies with your wax capsule diverter valve which is either sticking or you have a dripping hot tap keeping it open somewhere

The Low pressure light has come on when it is sitting at 1.5 bar. The HW LED is lit up on the modulator board aswell. This has just happened, when I tried the CH again. What does the wax capsule divertor valve look like?
