Potterton Puma 80 Burner makes loud noise

When I open hot water tap the boiler fires and the burner makes a very loud sound. Can this sound be reduced? As the firing intensity sound is too loud.

Any abnormal sound from a Gas appliance should be immediately investigated by a Qualified Competent Gas Engineer
The Appliance should not be used untill deemed Safe by the Engineer!
